While HLL was founded in 2012, Johnny began his real estate career in 2006 and has a total recorded sales volume of well over $108 million dollars for the Big Island of Hawaii, putting him in the top 2% bracket of sales volume of the agents on the Big Island of Hawaii. $88 million of that total sales volume was in the Waikoloa Beach Resort since his first sale there during the second quarter of 2008, and over $80 million of that was at the luxury resort development, Kolea, within the WBR. Johnny leads his nearest competitor at the WBR by more than $17 million dollars, and is the leader of all active agents on the island in respect to total transactions at the WBR. Together, they recorded over $20 million in sales volume for 2016 in the Waikoloa Beach Resort- nearly double the volume of the closest competitor, and nearly $3 million more in sales volume than the next two brokerages combined. Just over $19 million of that was sold exclusively at the luxury resort of Kolea, with Johnny accounting for $16,123,750 of that total. Both Johnny’s sales as an individual agent and Hawaii Luxury Listings’ sales for the year 2016 were all-time records at Kolea for both categories.
