Chad Weigle is the Principle Broker and owner of Hawaii Luxury Listings, where he has been a key member of the team since 2014.
Originally from the mainland, Chad first came to Hawaii Over 30 years ago on vacation—and never left. “Once I arrived, I thought, ‘Why would I live anywhere else?’ I’ve been here ever since.”
A devoted father of three, Chad cherishes the strong sense of ohana that defines life on the Big Island. “I love the family atmosphere here—how everyone takes care of each other. It’s an incredible place to raise a family.” And, of course, there’s the unbeatable weather. “It’s always perfect!” Taking full advantage of island life, Chad, his wife Holly, and their extended family love to explore the island’s beauty, especially on their many holiday hikes.
Real estate wasn’t always part of Chad’s plan, but after taking a class and connecting with Hawaii Luxury Listings founder Johnny McElree, he discovered a passion for helping others find their dream homes on the Kohala Coast. “Johnny has helped so many people make their dream of living in Hawaii a reality. My goal is to do the same.”
Much like Chad, Johnny first visited the Big Island on vacation and knew he had to stay. Their shared love for island life led to a partnership built on helping others do the same.

Hawaii has been my home for over 25 years, which has enabled me to develop an excellent understanding of the real estate market here. I fell in love with the islands from the moment I saw them, and in my free time I still enjoy exploring hidden beaches and hiking trails. This exploring has led to vast knowledge of various areas throughout the islands, which I love to share with my clients.
